The Fowler Dining Room
The student-operated Fowler Dining Room provides training in a real restaurant operation, in areas such as fine dining, buffet and café service. Menus are created using a wide range of cooking techniques focusing on taste, texture, color and creativity using locally grown vegetables, fruits, meats, seafood, cheese, and eggs.

For fall semester, we are serving lunch in the Fowler Dining Room Monday - Thursday by reservation only. In an effort to improve our efficiency and customer service, reduce guest cancellations, and to teach our students booking and seating management, Fowler experiences must now be booked online using our new reservation system, Tock. This system will allow the customer to see all the seats available in the Fowler Dining Room throughout the semester. Once select a date from the calendar, you will see the times available for the day. If you wish to make a reservation, you select the time, and you will be lead to create an account and prepay for your experience.

Layers Bakery is run by students who serve up fresh bread, pastries, cookies, cakes, soups, salads and sandwiches daily!
Custom bakery orders will be accepted, based on student schedule and availability.
All proceeds go towards the Horry Georgetown Technical Foundation, which provides support for students, faculty, and staff.

Friday – 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

ICI Farmers Market
The ICI Farmers Market will be held every Thursday from 1:00pm to 6:00pm in the main hall of our building, located at 920 Crabtree Lane in Myrtle Beach.
Farmers/producers will vary depending on availability but may include Hyman Farm, Worley Lane Farm, Indigo Farm, W.K. Price Farm, artisan bread from our talented baking and pastry students.
