Master Planning and Facility Oversight

Under the leadership of the College President, facility planning, and oversight is delegated to the VP-Finance and Administration and is accomplished with broad-based institutional input through a team-oriented approach that includes the College President, Executive VP-Academic Affairs and Workforce Development, AVP-Academic Support, Director of Facilities Management, Procurement Director, and AVP-Information Technology.

In 2017-18, the College completed a 10-year masterplan for each campus that was duly approved by its Area Commission. Those plans provide a general vision and broad framework for future development, new open spaces, and mobility channels, while allowing flexibility to enable the College to respond to changing conditions and circumstances.
