Planning & Design
Our mission is to promote customer-valued construction in planning, design and construction of projects. This office prepares design and construction agreements, provides project management, provides construction observation and coordination, maintains standard terms and conditions of agreements plus assistance in the bidding and permit processes.
Capital Projects must comply with the State Engineer's Office, Commission of Higher Education, Joint Bond and Review Committee and the Budget and Control Board.
