HGTC Virtual Services
College representatives are available to provide assistance. Call 843-347-3186 and select option one when prompted by the greeting. Below are some examples of what you may need and how you can receive virtual help.
Request information about HGTC by filling out the Request Information form. An Admissions staff member will respond to you via email within 24 hours.

New Student Orientation is available online. Visit NAVIGATE for instructions about how to complete orientation online.
Continuing Students
If you are a continuing student, you can email your Student Development Coordinator
or Faculty Advisor. You can find the name of your Student Development Coordinator
and the name of your Faculty Advisor in Degree Works.
Degree Works is available online through your student myHGTC account.
New Students
Virtual advising is offered through HGTC’s Student Development Coordinators.
Email advisor@hgtc.edu to schedule an appointment to talk with an advisor and receive help.
Register for classes by going into your student myHGTC account. Find the “Registration Tools” card, then click on “Registration Tool - Schedule Builder”.

Visit the FAFSA website to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. HGTC’s School Code is 004925.
Log into your myHGTC account, find the “My Financial Aid” card, then click on “Financial Aid Requirements” to complete any requested documentation online.

While the physical library may be closed, the vast majority of library resources are available online. Each student has been assigned a Personal Librarian as follows:
