OIT Help Desk & WaveNet Central Team Up!
In support of the college’s quality enhancement plan, the Office of Information Technology (Help Desk) and the Student Information Center (WNC) have teamed up! Our goal is to provide a one-stop-shop experience for our students enrollment and technology needs. This is a pilot partnership, starting at the Conway campus only. Staff are cross-trained and ready to assist anyone that walks through the door!

Collaborative Mission: The OIT Help Desk and Student Information Center serve and support the enrollment
and technology needs of the HGTC community. The staff will work as a team to support
each other and create a dynamic center for students. This opportunity will help to
