College Leadership

The President’s Cabinet, also referred as the executive leadership team, is comprised of senior college administrators who serve as officers and report directly to the President.  The cabinet’s primary role is to provide strategic leadership as it relates to student retention, fiscal accountability, quality instruction and services, managing growth and productivity, and leading innovation through planning and visioning.  Cabinet meetings are held weekly, alternating on each of the college’s three campuses.  Minutes from each cabinet meeting are provided below.

Associate Vice President, Student Affairs
The Associate Vice President of Student Affairs serves as the college’s Chief Student Services Officer and is responsible for the leadership, direction, coordination and supervision of all student related services and non-academic student activities.  Specific responsibilities of the Associate Vice President include overseeing departments of Admissions, Enrollment Services, Student Support and Engagement, Title III and Federal TRIO Grants.

Vice President, Information Technology
The Vice President of Information Technology is the college’s Chief Information Officer and is responsible for entity-wide information technology including the areas of Technical Support Services and Administrative Information Systems.

Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
The Vice President and Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the Departments of Finance and Accounting, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Procurement, Capital Project Administration, Public Safety, Maintenance, Grounds, and Custodial Services.

Vice President, Workforce Development & Continuing Education and Provost, Myrtle Beach & Georgetown Campuses
The Vice President of Workforce Development and Continuing Education oversees all workforce development, non-credit instruction, career enhancement, and continuing education services.  The Vice President also plays an integral role in economic development activities, and serves as the Provost of the Grand Strand and Georgetown campuses.

Associate Vice President, Human Resources and Employee Relations
The Associate Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Relations provides strategic leadership and management for the college’s human resource related functions and coordinates employee development.  The Human Resources division also oversees organizational design, performance management, employment, employee relations, salary and benefits administration.
