College Leadership

The President’s Cabinet, also referred as the executive leadership team, is comprised of senior college administrators who serve as officers and report directly to the President.  The cabinet’s primary role is to provide strategic leadership as it relates to student retention, fiscal accountability, quality instruction and services, managing growth and productivity, and leading innovation through planning and visioning.  Cabinet meetings are held weekly, alternating on each of the college’s three campuses.  Minutes from each cabinet meeting are provided below.

Vice President, Student Affairs
The Associate Vice President of Student Affairs serves as the college’s Chief Student Services Officer and is responsible for the leadership, direction, coordination and supervision of all student related services and non-academic student activities.  Specific responsibilities of the Associate Vice President include overseeing departments of Admissions, Enrollment Services, Student Support and Engagement, Title III and Federal TRIO Grants.

Vice President, Technology Solutions
The Vice President of Technology Solutions is the college’s Chief Information Officer and is responsible for entity-wide information technology including the areas of Technical Support Services and Administrative Information Systems.

The Vice President and Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the Departments of Finance and Accounting, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Procurement, Capital Project Administration, Public Safety, Maintenance, Grounds, and Custodial Services.

The Assistant Vice President for Institutional, Effectiveness & Development is responsible for strategic planning, institutional effectiveness, grants administration, state and federal reporting, and entity-wide data analysis.

The Public Relations Director supports the President in communications, and public relations, including speech writing, presentation preparation, communications with community and legislative stakeholders, event planning and execution, and emergency management strategy and communications.

Director of Marketing
The Marketing Director is responsible for providing insights and strategies to develop and implement the marketing and branding for the college. Responsibilities include identifying short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including developing and managing an annual marketing budget. In addition, the Marketing department oversees the college’s website, social media channels, photography, video production, print publications, digital advertising, and broadcast and radio commercial development.

Vice President, Human Resources and Employee Relations
The Associate Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Relations provides strategic leadership and management for the college’s human resource related functions and coordinates employee development.  The Human Resources division also oversees organizational design, performance management, employment, employee relations, salary and benefits administration.

Specific responsibilities include oversight of academic programs, curriculum and faculty with a focus on enrollment growth, student success, faculty resources, community relationships and economic development.
