The Tony and Allyson Hirsh Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Culinary Arts Scholarship

April 24, 2017 - Tony and Allyson Hirsh joined College President Dr. Marilyn Fore and Foundation President Neyle Wilson to honor the 2017 scholarship recipients.  The scholarship was established in 2008 with proceeds from the HGTC Foundation’s Annual Gala and donations from the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Foundation and in recognition of Foundation Board members Tony and Allyson Hirsh’s support of the College.

Tony and Allyson also presented Executive Director of the International Culinary Insitute, Chef Joseph Bonaparte, with the L'Academie de Gastronomie Brillat-Savarin des Etats Unis Academicien Medal. This medal is awarded once a year per region to an active Chaîne member who teaches, writes, educates, or advances science in culinary arts by the Chancelier Délégué selected with the advice and consent of the L’Académie de Gastronomie Brillat-Savarin des Etats-Unis permanent standing committee or upon approval by the Bailli Délégué.
