The Grand Strand campus is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, one of the nation's leading tourist and resort destinations. The Grand Strand campus is HGTC's second-largest campus and has the fastest growth in facilities and student enrollment.

- The Grand Strand campus enrolls over 2000 students each fall and spring semester in a wide variety of curriculum programs. This campus covers nearly 78 acres and has five buildings, including the 50,000-square-foot Dr. Robert E. Speir, Jr. Healthcare Education Center and the 24,000-square-foot Charles F. Freeman Community Dental Clinic.
- The Grand Strand campus is the headquarters for the College's Workforce Development division.
- The Grand Strand campus is also home of the International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach.
