For Internal events - the Event Checklist will help you navigate the event planning process at HGTC. To facilitate communication among the various campus offices that will work to make your event a success, and to avoid duplication of efforts, we encourage all members of the campus community to incorporate the checklist into their planning.
Photo Release Form
As part of the admissions application, students give their consent for HGTC to use their photo for commercial use and marketing purposes. For others, please fill out the Photo Release form.
Apparel & Procurement
- If purchasing t-shirts or apparel for an event, contact the Procurement Office at least 3 weeks before the event to assist with proper ordering procedures.
- The Print Shop can provide the appropriate HGTC logo for screen printing and/or embroidery production.
- Contact the Print Shop for apparel graphic design work. All design work must be approved by Marketing.
Name tags & Business Cards
If you need to order a new name tag and/or business card or your current one has the old logo, please contact the Print Shop for a new one.
We ask that you follow the format provided to maintain consistent branding throughout all College communication. We realize some departments have the need to provide more information but please replicate this format as close as possible. Download the Email Template here.
When composing an email, please use these standard Outlook fonts only: Calibri & Calibri light. Please avoid adding backgrounds to your emails.
