2018 Fit-Mas Challenge
Now through January 4
The HGTC Wellness Ambassadors invite you to join the Holiday Fit-Mas Challenge by
exercising a minimum of 30 minutes per day from November 19th through January 4th.
You will earn 1 point for exercising for 30-45 minutes, 2 points for 45-60 minutes,
and 3 points for any exercise over 60 minutes. All types of exercise count as long
as you are moving!
Sign up for the challenge by emailing Jessica Smith at Jessica.smith@hgtc.edu. She will send you a spreadsheet to track your points. Three prizes will be given
in January
McLeod Mobile Mammography Unit to Visit HGTC
January 8, 2019, Conway Campus
The McLeod Mobile Mammography unit will be on the Conway Campus from 9 a.m. until
4 p.m. on January 8. To schedule an appointment, employees may contact McLeod scheduling
at 843-777-2095. Women ages 35 - 39 can receive one baseline mammogram (four views), and women ages
40 and older can receive a mammogram (four views) each calendar year. The State Health
