I remain committed to creating pathways that empower the next generation of women to lead with confidence, integrity, and purpose.”
The mission of South Carolina Women in Higher Education is to provide support that includes encouragement, empowerment, and professional development to faculty, staff, and students who work or take classes in higher education entities within South Carolina. SCWHE seeks to increase the number of women in leadership positions throughout higher education systems statewide. The organization is affiliated with the American Council on Education’s Women’s Network and collaborates with partners to foster an educational, social, and political environment in which women gain a greater voice.
Fore’s selection for this prestigious honor reflects her long-standing dedication to building inclusive leadership structures, advocating for access to education, and championing opportunities that transform lives and strengthen communities across South Carolina.
