Carolinas Regional Convention Honors HGTC Alpha Nu Sigma Chapter with Regional Awards.

Alpha Nu Sigma Chapter Members and Advisors attended the Phi Theta Kappa Carolinas Regional Convention March 17 - 19, 2023 in Columbia, South Carolina. HGTC faculty, staff, and students received numerous awards based on projects and contributions in 2022.

The HGTC Alpha Nu Sigma Chapter received the Most Distinguished Chapter Award 2023 placing first out of 83 chapters in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Bermuda.

In addition to the awards, Michelle Hernandez was elected to serve as the South Carolina Vice President for the Carolinas Region in 2023-2024.
