HGTC Apprenticeship Event at Georgetown Campus
HGTC Worked with Apprenticeship Carolina to Host Event for Students.
Horry-Georgetown Technical College hosted an Apprenticeship Event with Apprenticeship Carolina November 11-14, 2019 on the Georgetown Campus. HGTC mechatronics students met in the new Georgetown Center for Advanced Manufacturing to learn more about apprenticeships. Company representatives from Screen Tight and EnviroSep shared with the students about the opportunities their businesses have to offer in the future.
The state’s Apprenticeship Carolina division, which is a part of the South Carolina Technical College System, works with companies to register their programs and connects them to college representatives to support their training needs.
