Mock Interviews

What is a Mock Interview?

A mock interview offers you the opportunity to experience a simulated job interview, so you can learn what to expect during an actual interview and improve your self-presentation. Our Career Services team will use your real job description or a job description that interests you to help you answer the questions you will see in a real interview.

What to Expect?

Mock interviews typically last for one hour. The team will spend much of that time conducting the interview and will use the remaining time to provide constructive feedback. At any point during the interview, you are able to stop and request feedback on a specific question or interview topic. Our mock interview coaches want to prepare you for your interview by giving the most effective and helpful feedback possible.

To schedule your mock interview, please select three available dates Monday thru Thursday. Interviews will be held between 9am and 3pm. Be advised, proving at least one week’s notice when scheduling a mock interview ensures ample time for preparation and coordination for our department.
