Welcome to HGTC! We look forward to having you as a new member of our full-time faculty and staff.
Step 2: New Employee Orientation
All new Employees are required to view the orientation presentation on or before their first day of work. The packet paperwork needs to be completed and brought to your Benefits Orientation.
Step 3: Benefits Information
All new Employees are required to view and complete the following prior to their Benefits Orientation:
You have 31 days from your hire date to make these selections, so you are able to change anything that you choose or add
anything you've refused at orientation.

**You should review the MyBenefits information after you have met with the Benefits Manager at your Benefits Orientation to approve your insurance selections.**

NOTE: You must view the above Insurance and Retirement presentations and publications before your scheduled Benefits Orientation. The Benefits Manager will not be able to assist you until you have viewed the online presentations.
