This advanced certificate program will provide trained and knowledgeable, entry-level CT technologists to meet the needs of the medical community. Students currently certified in Radiologic Technology will have the opportunity to advance their education in a post-secondary modality.
Career Outlook
Hospitals are the primary employers for computerized axial tomography, although there
are opportunities in private physician's offices and medical laboratories. A certification
as a computerized axial tomographer can also open up new career options for current
members of the imaging specialists.
