Chef and Owner, Tyler Rice is a seasoned veteran of fine dining restaurants for almost 30 years. Growing up in Lancaster, PA he learned to appreciate farm to table food at an early age and quickly discovered his passion for food. The restaurant features an American fusion menu featuring local and regional ingredients with a seasonal farm to table emphasis and has become one of Myrtle Beach’s top restaurants.
Joe will meet with you to discuss and plan the seasonal multi course menu. The dinner will be prepared personally by Chef Bonaparte with assistance from culinary arts students at HGTC. Chef Bonaparte is the Executive Director for the Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach at Horry Georgetown. He has competed internationally, including the Culinary Olympics in 2012, is considered an expert in Italian cuisine, and has extensive knowledge in many national and international cuisines. The dinner can be themed to the hosts desires – local, southern, French, Thai, Japanese, or any other style of cuisine desired. Wines are to be supplied by the winning bidder.

Sit at the Chef's table with Executive Chef Nick Huckabee who will prepare some of his signature recipes. Your meal is served with paired wines and Chef Huckabee will give a demonstration of the menu's preparation. Also included is a golf foursome with cart at the Dunes Golf Club.

Chef Eric Masson will teach participants the fine art of cooking such delicacies as She Crab Soup, Chicken Cordon Rouge, and Crepe Suzette. Includes three course dinner and wine pairings. Chef Masson holds 3 degrees from the Culinary School & Institute of Brest, Noirmountiers & Ferrandi School in Paris and has been an executive chef at 3 & 4 star restaurants in New York, London and Paris. He has conducted cooking classes since 1998 and is consistently appearing on local news stations. Chef Eric Masson was even featured in Wine Enthusiast and performed at Taste! along with Guy Fieri and Aaron McCargo Jr.
