The Fowler Dining Room and Beach Bistro
The College has two student run restaurants where Menus are created using a wide range
of cooking techniques focusing on taste, texture, color and creativity.
The Fowler Dining Room
At The Fowler Dining Room your meal will be prepared and served by students under the supervision of our culinary faculty. Our restaurant plays an important role in the development of future culinary leaders. Service will resume in the Fowler Dining Room on Monday, August 31 at 11:30 a.m..
Restaurant Hours: Lunch: Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. For lunch, we feature
an a la carte menu along with a three-course special.

- Group Reservations and Private Functions: We accept group reservations for lunch service as well as hosting private functions of up to 60 people. We will plan a special menu to meet your needs from business luncheons, reunions, anniversaries, birthday parties, to team building.
Beach Bistro 354
At Beach Bistro your meal will be prepared and served by students under the supervision of our culinary faculty. Our restaurant plays an important role in the development of future culinary leaders. Service will resume in the Beach Bistro on Tuesday, September 1 at 11:30 a.m..

Coming 2016 — The New International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach
The International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach will be a state-of the art education center where all aspect of the culinary arts can be taught to the highest possible standards, encouraging students of all ages and backgrounds who wish to pursue the culinary arts as a lifelong profession.
Located in Beautiful Myrtle Beach South Carolina
Located on the College’s Grand Strand Campus in the Market Common area of Myrtle Beach, the new building will provide bakery/patisserie laboratories, a nutrition lab, production and training kitchens, an outdoor barbeque kitchen, greenhouse, wine cellar, beverage bar, chef’s bar, chef’s table, and an amphitheater. The amphitheater will provide a staging area for guest chefs to teach, offer cooking classes to the general public, and will have broadcast capabilities for local television stations.Learn more»
