Culinarian - Certificate
If you enjoy working with food, HCTC’s Culinarian Certificate program will prepare you for a challenging career in all facets of the
hospitality industry. Culinary artists are responsible for skillfully preparing meals that are as pleasing to the palate as they are to the eye. Culinarians must have a knowledge of the science of food, as well as an understanding of diet and nutrition.
