General Technology- Law Enforcement - Associate in Applied Science

General Technology-Law Enforcement is designed for certified South Carolina law enforcement officers currently employed with a public law enforcement agency or department to earn and associate degree using experiential credit based on courses successfully complete at the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy (SCCJA) or other verifiable department/agency sponsored training, plus available criminal justice and general education courses. Experiential credit will be award only for training verified on an official sealed transcript received by the HGTC Registrar's Office. The Academic Chair for Criminal Justice will review and approve the awarding of experiential credit.

Students and their criminal justice advisor will develop an individualized program of study based on experiential credit awarded for courses.
