The student-operated Fowler Dining Room provides training in a real restaurant operation, in areas such as fine dining, buffet and café service. Menus are created using a wide range of cooking techniques focusing on taste, texture, color and creativity.

The talented instructors and managers introduce the students to operating a full service dining establishment where students rotate through various positions in both the kitchens and in the dining rooms. The restaurants utilize many locally grown and produced vegetables, fruits, meats, seafood, cheese, and eggs. The students, instructors, and dining room coordinators are dedicated to making this the best dining experience possible for our guests, and the greatest educational value for our students.
The Fowler Dining Room has taken a more contemporary approach to menu and service style.
We accept group reservations for lunch service as well as hosting private functions of up to 60 people. We will plan a special menu to meet your needs from business luncheons, reunions, anniversaries, birthday parties, to team building.
